My Story
Hi, I'm Jacqui! My path into digital marketing started with a class called "The Creative Strategist" at the University of Oregon's School of Journalism & Communication, which asked the simple question, "why?" Why should people care about this product? Why is a brand impactful? Why did this succeed?
I've asked myself that question every day since I graduated with my B.A. in advertising in 2014. Through my start as a Sales Assistant at iHeartRadio Portland and my time curating all the BuzzFeed branded Twitter accounts. Through my days capturing behind-the-scenes content for Broadway, film, and TV to now as a freelance marketing consultant. I remain eternally curious and know how to connect creative strategy with real-world results, helping brands become ultimate storytellers for their audiences.
And over the last decade, as I've had the opportunity to build campaigns and capture digital-first moments across entertainment and live events, I've never once let my curiosity cease. Spanning streaming and network platforms like HBO Max, NBCU, Paramount, Warner Brothers, Prime Video, Hulu, and Netflix, as well as iconic Broadway shows like Dear Evan Hansen, MJ: the Musical, Funny Girl and WICKED, I've transformed my inquisitive nature into proven results across the board.
Some of my most memorable career moments include covering the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade (the balloons are HUGE!), earning two Shorty Awards for my contributions to Pretty Little Liars: Summer School, and being part of the Clio award-winning team behind the return-to-broadway initiative of 2021.
Whether I'm single-handedly building a digital rollout for authors, athletes, and actors, or supporting a team through cause-driven work with non-profits like No Kid Hungry, my focus is always on how to turn audience insights into meaningful growth.
When I'm not digging into campaign analytics or ideating the next viral moment, I'm a proud philanthropic member of the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance, a frequent visitor of the Disney Parks, and a Survivor fan-blog editor; counting down the days until I'm on the show, myself.
